3. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking for videography or event coverage.

  • Full payment is due upon delivery of the final product unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All pricing is subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by future price changes.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms; we do not store payment details.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Event coverage bookings are non-refundable unless canceled by the organizer.

  • Videography services require a non-refundable deposit.

  • All print sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All media (photos, videos, designs, and content) created by Trackside Printing remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You may use delivered content for personal or promotional use (if licensed), but resale, redistribution, or modification is prohibited without permission.

  • Unauthorized use of any media from our website or services may result in legal action.
