Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our media services. We are committed to delivering high-quality content and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Event Media Coverage (Drift Events)


All bookings for event media coverage are non-refundable once confirmed. This is due to the scheduling, travel, and preparation involved in covering live events.


However, if an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, we will offer:

A full refund, or transfer of your booking to a future event (subject to date availability).

Client-initiated cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.

2. Videography Services (Custom Projects)


Custom videography services (e.g., private shoots, promotional content, etc.) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.

If you cancel at least 7 days before the shoot, your remaining balance will be waived.

No refunds will be issued after the shoot has taken place or if substantial work has been completed.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon footage due to unforeseen issues on our end, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

3. Prints


Due to the custom nature of prints, all sales are final. Please ensure that:

• You review and approve digital proofs before ordering (if applicable)

• You provide correct shipping and delivery details

 

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
