4. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your prints securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
For lost packages, please reach out after 7 business days for domestic orders or 21 business days for international orders. We’ll coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Shipping for Event Media or Digital Products

All event media coverage and videography services are delivered digitally via email, private link, or secure download portal—no physical shipping involved.

6. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Trackside Printing is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
